General Guidelines For Victims of Piles

Several people all over the world are suffering from Hemorrhoids and are realizing the magic of the Hemorrhoids Diet. Poor diet can give you either diarrhea or constipation, both of which lead to Piles over time. To better your diet for Piles, consume foods that contain more dietary fiber. You can include few or all of the below:

Whole-grain foods (such as bran cereals) and breads (made with whole wheat grains).
Drink lot of liquids, including fruit or vegetable fresh fruit extracts and water. Drink a minimum of six cups of water or fluids a day. Fresh fruits (including the skin and pulp).
Dried or stewed fruits (such as prunes, raisins or apricots).
Root vegetables (such as carrots, turnips or potatoes).
Raw or fresh vegetables, such as cabbage. (Lettuce is actually low in fiber.)
Eat slowly.

Consuming bran cereal beginning of the day is often the simplest way to obtain fiber. All-Bran, Bran Buds, oat bran, oatmeal and Raisin Bran are some of the high-fiber cereals presently available. Bran can cause disturbing intestinal gas and even some mild cramping, so it should be eaten in small amounts initially. The amount can be enhanced as the body gets accustomed to it. The goal should be one to two large, soft, formed stools a day. A healthy human should intake between 20 to 35 grams of fiber per day, along with about 64 ounces of water in order to keep the gastrointestinal tract moving properly and in good repair. Chew your food well. This allows the saliva and digestive juices of the stomach, liver, and pancreas to break down food easier. It may also help prevent problems from developing in the lower digestive tract.
Eat your meals at prompt intervals.Sufficient fiber, water and nutrients are all necessary to a good Piles diet.
Apples, peaches, pears and tangerines are all high in fiber, though any fresh fruit offers at least little.Grated apples, grated carrots and chopped walnuts tossed together creates an appealing salad for any time of day. Fresh peaches with a low-fat whipped topping and a dash of nutmeg is a fast, fiber rich dessert. Baked, raisin studded pears in a light honey glaze are sufficient to make the mouth water. Whole grain breads included in your Hemorrhoids diet should not taste as though made of sawdust. When prepared appropriately, these are the most moist and flavorful breads you can get.Whole grain breads must be as soft and springy as high-quality white bread, though you won't find the bland softness of mass-produced white bread. The texture of the bread should be silky, not sandy. A good Hemorrhoids diet is one that fits in with your taste, your lifestyle, and your health conditions.
To keep the whole thing simple, my advice would be to just ignore the following foods (or enjoy in strict moderation):
Coffee - Known to dehydrate the body, which causes your stools to harden so that they become more painful to pass.
Alcohol - As with coffee, alcohol tends to dehydrate the body, so should be avoided for that cause. However, alcohol also forces the liver to work much harder, and as poor liver function is known to contribute to Hemorrhoids you should eat to nourish your liver, not harm it.
Eggs - Should be avoided or limit your consumption of eggs because they are a high protein food. Eating excessive amounts of protein is known to make your stool harder and also leads to constipation.
Red Meat - Red meat is very high in protein so should be avoided. You should aim to get your protein from high fiber sources such as pulses (beans, lentils etc). At least this way you are consuming enough protein to deal with the fiber rather than creating an imbalance.
Pastries - These are generally high in fat (specifically saturated fat), which is known to cause the liver work more. It is a little known truth that more fat consumption can be as simple a cause of liver complaints as alcohol.
It's true that the list above contains many tempting good items, but next time you want to tuck into that high fat, high protein meal, think about the issue it will cause and remember these hemorrhoid diet tips.
